Marina Atahlian is the founder and director of Dynamic Music Studio. She is pianist, musicologist, clinician, Orff educator, founder and conductor of Children & Youth percussion Orchestras. 

Atahlian is a classical and pop music recording artist. Her piano CD Albums SERENITY, REFLEXION & HEALING are greatly appreciated by the public and intended for meditation, relaxation, inner peace and well-being. Marina is the author of the books Picture Scales and The Armenian Folk Songs, Le Chant Folklorique Arménien. 

Marina Atahlian is a Certified Teacher by The Royal Conservatory of Music Canada RCM. She holds a Masters in Musicology,   Masters of Music in Piano Performance, Bachelor of Music and Baccalaureate in Education from University of Ottawa, Canada.

Marina studied Orff Pedagogy, Music & Movement in Education and Therapy in Germany. She is a member of CFMTA, ORMTA, COC, OCT. 

Marina worked with pianists Igor Kudoley, Friedrich Wilhelm Schnurr, Marco Tezza, well-known musicians. She performs as solo pianist and accompanist at various concerts. 

Marina has a large career as a conductor of Children & Youth Percussion Orchestras. She conduct ORFF ensmbles and percussion orchestras. Marina is ORFF clinician and presents workshops for music teachers and educators. Her innovative apporach in Carl Orff pedagogy is to orchestrate classical pieces from Orff, Verdi, Brahms, Strauss, Handel, Bizet, Schubert, Ravel, Tchaikovsky, Beethoven,  Khatchaturian, Kabalevsky, Messiaen with ORFF instrumentarium. The repertoire of her percussion concerts includes extraits from classical music as Carmina Burana, Carmen, La Traviata, The Nutcracker, Rigoletto, Gayaneh and more. 

Marina has an exciting and large experience in teaching over 30 years. She taught at several conservatories, universities, private and public schools and directed successful musical productions as The Four Season by Vivaldi, The Apprentice Sorcerer by Dukas, Little Mozart. 

Atahlian's human qualities, professional managements and musical skills are the key Success of Dynamic Music Studio. Marina combines innovative approches in teaching Piano, Theory, Harmony, History, Analysis, Percussion and Orff.

Marina Atahlian is a recording artist. She records classical piano repertoire from Chopin, Debussy, Bach, Granados, Piazzolla, Scriabin, Khatchaturian and more. Her Albums are mixture of classical and modern music, intended for relaxation and meditation. 

Her first Album, SERENITY, gives feelings of serenity and inner peace to the listener and has been a great success and greatly appreciated by the public. 

RefleXion is the second Album of Marina Atahlian and reflects the artist. The title of the Album is carefully selected to take the listener to the state of inner reflection. The repertoire is a reflection of the artist’s soul and has the power to give various states of mind to the listener. 

HEALING is Atahlian’s third Album, with a blend of classical and pop music, for well- being and mind- body relaxation.
